Job Description
- Deliver solutions to the customers through Regular/scheduled and Requested Releases
- Promote proper change management and prior testing and endorsements of new tools/system/processes
- Process Lead for 8-10 engineers
- Coaching and Subject Matter Expert in Release Process
- Create and improve internal trainings and continuously assess the technical competency of the engineers.
- Network monitoring and proper escalation handling
- Do root cause analysis and risk assessments
- Ensure that processes are well documented, cascaded and announced
- Project planning, monitoring and implementation
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Create regular reports and propose improvements in its delivery and content.
- Intermediate Case Handling Experience
Requirements
- People management of at least 5 direct reports
- Has software development experience of at least 1 year
- Constructive nature and maintains good working relationship
- Handled project development projects
- Has general knowledge of ISO, CMMI, ITIL, BS7799 and other standards/best practices
- Has experience in hosted services, web service, content delivery networks, IIS, mirror servers, LAN, Firewall, Network Architectures, etc.
- Required MCSD or MCSE, MCP-210
- Fast learner with a moving forward attitude
- Design documentation and manual creation
- Testing methodologies and reporting [Unit, Integration, cross platform]
- knows basic Linux
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Scripting, Internet, Database Knowledge
