Requirement

University degree in Computer Science, or related IT degree or Communications/Journalism degree
Experience in IT/Call Center-related environment
Experience in cross-national work.
Knowledge of Trend Micro products is a plus
Prior work experience with KM and self-service initiatives
Strong interpersonal/relationship and communication skills
