Corporate Alliances and xSP Program Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate and complete documentation requirements for RFP/RFI

• Coordinate and complete technical marketing documents for Alliance Business Development teams.
• Support additional requirements needed by Corporate Alliance team to deliver business results.
• Defines project approach and gaining client, client engagement manager, and project team member buy-in
• Leads and directs one or more project teams
• Creates, reviews, evaluates project plans and objectives
• Tracks and reports progress relative to time, budget, and demonstrated results
• Negotiates with clients, colleagues and outside vendors
• Communicates project status, milestones and issues to the project sponsors
• Applies effective project management methodologies and control techniques
• Works independently and with Project Team members to ensure task-level plans are completed and executed on track
• Manages project critical path and scope
REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience in a professional services or consulting firm
• BA or BS degree
• Basic familiarity with internet/intranet technology and working knowledge of and experience with the following software:
ï‚§ Windows Operating Environment
ï‚§ MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
ï‚§ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
ï‚§ Internet research capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially working with proposal team members and executives
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in writing RFP/RFI

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in technical marketing a plus
• Experience in proposal preparation analysis a plus
• Experience with developing and presenting briefings and training materials a plus
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and organization with individuals at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Other Requirements:
Job may require working extended hours, working on weekends, and possibly traveling for long and short term assignments.
