Job Description

  • Primary task is to develop interactive training materials to be uploaded to the consumer’s eSupport portal.
  • Reports directly to the Solutions Expert that provides the projects that needs to be developed within a given time duration.
  • Enhance and re-engineer existing interactive training materials for review and recommendation.
  • Helps in analyzing the effectiveness of materials, solutions and overall customer experience for development.
  • Provides updates/reminders to the whole Consumer team in terms of the solutions posted in the portal.
  • Promotes the usage of the Knowledgebase
 


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Marketing and Multimedia, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 or more years of video development and learning reference.
  • Proficient with multimedia software (Flash, Premiere, Final Cut Pro or any related reference).
  • Basic excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Very Good communication, presentation and customer service skill.
  • A great team player and highly motivated to learn.
  • Willing to work flexible hours in order to meet project schedule.
  • Able to manage tasks and project schedule.
  • Good to excellent cross-functional team coordination skills
