Escalation Engineer

Job Description:

• Solution provider to escalated customer cases
• Do in-depth malware analysis to know more about malware's different activities
• Feedback engine or process limitations (escalation-related) to Level 2
• Create and conduct trainings/sharings to JITs
• Conduct forensics for the purpose of cleaning customer's environment

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as STRE (preferred) or 2 years as AV Engineer
