Job Description
Acts as project specialist for the KM Team and on behalf of the Web Services function, providing global Segment level support and specializing in Support Website content and search effectiveness.
Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar IT degree
- Outstanding project management skills
- Experience and success in designing and implementing new process and programs
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and quickly identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work at multiple levels with proven track record of influencing peers in/outside of Support Organization
- Experience in cross-national work. Ability and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of Trend Micro products is a plus
- Prior work experience in leading and managing KM initiatives advantageous
- Strong interpersonal/relationship skills
