Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for designing full cycle testing plan for a project. With ability to execute testing and defect reporting, and test progress status.
Maintain testing, staging and production environments.
Be responsible for application deployments.
Design test strategies, develop test tools (if possible) and implement/run (automated or manual) test cases to ensure highest quality deliverables for maintenance and new feature releases.
Create and maintain functional, performance, stress and endurance tests.
Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment.
Work closely with the team to understand the application architecture

3-4 years General software testing experience using white box or black box, or automated testing skills.
Skilled in Microsoft technologies : IIS/ MS SQL 2000 or higher
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment.
Excellent team-player in addition to be an individual contributor
Good organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks
Experience testing web-based software, customer-relationship management software, communications software, and client/server software.
Must have experience with Microsoft solution and database knowledge
Bachelor’s or above degree in computer science, math, engineering, information systems or related field.
