Technical Account Manager – PSP

Requirements

  • University/College Graduate; At least 4-5 year course in IT / Computer / Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on customer/end-user or helpdesk support experience in IT, Telco, Support/BPO Centers servicing IT customers, or any high-tech industry
  • Minimum 2 years troubleshooting and management experience in a multi-protocol routed network environment, such as TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP
  • With at least 1 year intermediate knowledge in understanding of gateway applications, such as firewalls, VPN, and router technologies including installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
  • Minimum: at least MCSA
