Technical Marketing Writer
Job Description:
The Marketing Writer creates content that will market Trend MicroTM products and the expertise and services offered by TrendLabsSM. Specifically, the Marketing Writer will be part of the Technical Marketing team and will take on the following responsibilities:
Produce various marketing materials such product datasheets, sales presentations, blog entries, in-depth articles, data reports and marketing kits about Trend Micro products, recent malware and security incidents, threat trends, and core technologies that protect users from these threats
Coordinate with global/regional marketing and sales groups within Trend Micro to understand their marketing needs
Coordinate with other teams in Trend Micro to gather technical details about threats, data indicators, and Trend Micro solutions, and consolidate these information into coherent marketing materials packaged to address marketing requirements

REQUIREMENTS
College degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or the Arts)
Strong creative writing skills in English with at least 3 years experience in writing marketing collaterals (required); strong technical writing skills in English (an advantage)
English proficiency (required)
Solid experience in leading/being part of a team that formulates and executes marketing strategies (preferably Web marketing)
Project management experience with strong coordination skills a plus
Creativity and ability to express ideas with confidence
High interest and familiarity with the Web and surrounding technology
Knowledge in HTML, use of WYSIWYG editors, and Photoshop (an advantage)
Computing efficiency
Filipino citizenship or relevant residence status
