Sr. Product Manager

Job Description

Lead cross-functional team(s) responsible for the definition and delivery of new applications, from cradle-to-grave. Drive the development of product strategy, plans, and product requirements process for existing and/or new products. Lead cross-functional team(s) responsible for the definition and delivery of new applications, from cradle-to-grave. Drive the development of product strategy, plans, and product requirements process for existing and/or new products.
Drive product development from a marketing and customer perspective, collaborating closely with engineering to ensure that the firm's offerings continue to anticipate and lead the market.
Partner with Product Marketing to research and identify holes in existing market solutions and unmet needs in the marketplace. Ensure, through usability testing, that Trend’s solutions are best in class in ease of use, elegance in design, and performance.
Take lead responsibility for decisions in regards to feature/timeline tradeoffs, user interface decisions, and all other product related issues.
Act as a focal point for all "problem" issues, quickly marshaling appropriate resources to analyze the issue, driving a decision, and documenting the results.

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (MS, MBA, or Ph.D is a plus).
7-10 years Product management or product design experience.
3-5 years experience working in global organizations.
Experience developing Security products and technologies.
Understanding of the Consumer customer segment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong technical abilities.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Action-oriented individual passionate and aggressive about product creation and completion, experienced in deploying consumer-facing applications and managing life cycle issues.
