Sr. System Engineer (Datacenter,ITS)

Job Description:

lThe Technical Lead inside the ITS organization is responsible for the

technical coordination of the implementation of ITS services. Services

targeted at Saas and Smart Protection Network.

lThe TL works closely with the project Manager and Solution

architect during the entire course of the projects end to end.

lThe TL is responsible for the creation of the solution detailed design,

identification of tasks to be performed during deployment and skills

required to perform those tasks.

lThe TL will take the lead during the services deployment and

coordinates the activities (under guidance of PM and SA) with the

assigned engineers and vendors.

Desired Experience & Skills:

lMinimal 5 years experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise

level servers running in UNIX environment.

lMinimal 2 years experience in a project setting.

lPosses Strong Systems engineering skills:

1.Windows environments

2.Unix environments

3. Network environments

4.Storage system

lPossess technical knowledge:

1.Unix/Linux server environment

2.Windows server environments

3.Firewall (Checkpoint/Netscreen/IPtables)

4.Networking (LAN/WAN)

5.Win2k/2k3 and AD knowledge

6.Exchange 2k/2k3 knowledge

7.Monitoring tooling

lRHCE/Linux+ Certified is an advantage

lHands on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting

and maintenance of hardware and software related issue

lWilling to work in a 24hours/ 7days environment.

lGood Communication skills both written and verbal in English.
