We are looking for a great technical writer with a passion for technology and willingness to commit to team goals. The writer will be part of a user experience team and will work closely with user interface designers, product managers, testers, and developers to deliver effective feature names, user interface wording, user assistance content, and documentation.

Job Description
- Consistently deliver high quality documentation for a range of security technologies and products targeted at various audiences, including home users, developers, network administrators, and decision makers
- Manage complex documentation projects through meticulous planning and constant coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Proficiently identify and gather necessary information and supply value-added content based on this information
- Provide user-friendly, precise, and consistent user interface labels, message strings, and other wording
- Help mould product design by supporting user research activities
- Support other writers through reviews
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree; related work experience may be substituted for a degree
- Two years experience writing documentation under stringent quality standards
- Ability to efficiently work with authoring tools and technologies, including Word, FrameMaker, RoboHelp, Visio, and HTML
- Understanding of key information technology concepts and ability to learn and articulate complex concepts and ideas
- Excellent communication skills with impeccable written English
- Ability to adapt quickly and work successfully in an evolving and culturally diverse environment
- Willingness to relocate to Taipei and stay for at least two years
The following are preferred but not required:
- Programming knowledge and experience using or writing API documentation
- Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
- Expertise in authoring tools and collaborative writing processes
